Service was great, but your customer waiting areas are not well thought out for customers who are seniors. It might serve your clients better if there were some high back seating for those of us with back issues. I myself have Osteoporosis and Arthritis and it’s very difficult to manage having to sit without being able to lean back to help support your upper back and shoulders. All of your seating is mid to lower back and and it’s
really uncomfortable if you’re service is lengthy…..Just a suggestion !!!

Great job and communication! I've been coming to this dealership for almost 3 years and I always get top notch service from everyone.
Communication could be improved, especially when car repairs will be 5 days. Fortunately, this did not create a problem for us, but what if? Folks are incredibly friendly and helpful, however.
