I give the service 4 stars but Philip Quinn 5 stars. The department was severely understaffed today and Philip did an outstanding job with all the guests. We drive 2 plus hours each way for service , could go to a closer dealer, found out our parts weren’t available and Philip made it work so we didn’t have to come back the next day. His attitude was caring and professional. I will return because he was outstanding, employee of the month/ year. Thank you!

Making an appointment was difficult but once I connected with someone it was easy. Pickup & delivery service was very much appreciated! One issue we noticed a black mark on the side of the car. It appears to some sort of rubber and would like to know how to remove it safely without damaging the paint??? Please call me ****-****-xxxx

I was very pleased with the care and efficiency of the front desk team as well as with how my car drove and looked after I left your dealership. I will also say that the extra touches you provide definitely make a difference! The car wash, the vacuuming, the comfortable waiting room, the delightful snacks and even the perfect ice cubes all added to an experience that makes me want to come back again even though I live 2 hours away from Colorado Springs. Thank you!
