Someone other than Billie checked me in. My insurance info was missing from my glove box. He helped me thru the process of contacting my insurance company to get it emailed.He even helped me by personally handling my phone to enter info. He couldn’t have been more caring(I am 87 yrs.old don’t do well with getting info out of my IPhone). I hope you can find out who he is and thank him again for me . He gave me exceptional /needed help. It was between 8:00 and 8:40am on

My oil change took about an hour and a half. I worked in the waiting area and had coffee. When it was ready my vehicle had been vacuumed and washed. Great service!

If the service technician had not farted in my car which just about knocked me out when I opened the door and got in, the service would have been great. Wish I knew what his name was so I could give him proper credit.

Since moving into the new location on N Nevada, there seems to be new procedures for communicating with the vehicle owner.
I wasn’t notified of the changes and this leads to confusion and frustration; do I expect a phone call, text, text with a link I need to read immediately?? None of this is clear to me.
This last appointment paperwork shows my vehicle was ready about 1:30. But I hadn’t heard anything by 4:30, so I called the Service depart
Please help us know what to expect when our vehicles are in for service.

Very difficult to schedule a service appointment. Very poor communication. Strong on excuses short on performance. We have purchased two Lexus vehicles from this dealership and will never purchase another.
