Roberto was knowledgeable and informed us of what was to be done and the estimated cost. He took time to explain important features of the loaner car and didn’t just hurry us off. We have dealt with many service advisors at Lexus over many, many years and he is the best one we’ve had since Johnny.

Car wasn't washed this time and the maintenance indicator is still on after service. I am from pueblo have to drive all the way to springs. Unlike other times , not satisfied this time.
