Very little comunication between customer, service dept. And Phil. Obviously Phil is doing his best, but no update on progress of service.
I had to call 3 times to find out what was going on. And the technician apparently didn't know how to fix the problem.
Appears that your service department could use some help either with communication or more staff.
The vehicle was scheduled for a service pick-up/drop-off. I had to call to get the pick-up and my car was held overnight for an oil change and tire rotation because the valet went home early. No one called me and I had to call to inquire about the status of my vehicle. The next day, I had to call again to find out when my car would be returned. While I normally appreciate the service, it was severely lacking this time around.
Roberto was kind, patient, and helpful.
Excellent customer service and yes a job well done. Everyone involved was helpful.

Only complaint is the time it took for a routine maintenance that had an appt for. I was there 2 hours

Only complaint is it felt like someone used my car to drive around for a little bit as my gas came back not as full. The miles were changed to kilometers and the audio was changed from bluetooth to pandora which I dont use. The seat also was set at a different setting than what I left it. Other than that my door actuator was replaced and now I don’t have to worry about locking and unlocking my car by hand anymore!

The service was supposed to be concluded around 10 AM. I never got notification that the vehicle was complete so I had to take it upon myself to call and find out if the service was complete. Also, as an aside I asked if one part was under warranty I was told that it was not which is acceptable on a certain level, but the fact that there was little or no effort by the staff to truly investigate on my behalf with Lexxus corporate to see if there’s a possible solution for a four-year-old car to have delaminating chrome on the exterior of the car is completely unacceptable
Roberto was great to work with. This service required more communication than normal, and Roberto along with service and parts managers were quick to troubleshoot unique circumstances and provided me with solutions. Can't thank them enough.
