I dropped my GX off at 0745 for a 0800 appointment for an oil change/tire rotation, and coolant leak inspection. I asked if the wait would be longer than an hour so I could request a loaner to drive back to work. I was told it would be a quick turn around, so I waited in the lobby. All said and done, with a battery replacement as well, I left the dealership 4 and a half hours later. When I asked for an update around 1000, I was told "it's in parts and shouldnt be much longer"
The support I have received from Philip Quinn and the Lexus Service Team has been outstanding. I can't ask for anything more at this time.
Please bring down the cost of repairs

When I first came to Lexus of Colorado Springs, the service representative I was assigned,whose name escapes me at the moment, was really great. I believe he has since moved on to another job. Robert is not terribly friendly or warm in my opinion and I would actually prefer to work with another representative in the future.
It took.nearly 3 hours to replace a faulty battery. That seems to be long. The estimated time I was told when I checked in was 1.5 hours. I was not informed about the extra time as I waited and had to go ask what was taking so long. Also the email responses confirming my appointment referenced my car as a Kia even though I told them it was a Lexus. They explained that was a default if you had not used their service before. But to get that response makes you think they didn’t read you electronic message for making an appointment. Otherwise the service was very good.
