Roberto’s communication is not the best. I had to initiate all communication. I understand he was out of the office but I had poor communication with him back in October 2024 also. I’ll be requesting to work with a different service advisor going forward.

The service was good While sitting the waiting room I couldn’t stop noticing the fumes of exhaust entering the waiting room and how strong it was and thinking about its doing to your employees and customers so a set of automatic doors between the service people and customers and perhaps a exhaust fan in the service area.
