Riley is absolutely amazing. Professional, personable and always goes above and beyond. Great communication and follow up. He is honestly the only reason I am still a Dodge owner. He would be great management material.
Excellent communication and service. Everything was communicated as promised.
Fardin was very helpful and courteous. I appreciate his help.
Excellent service: checkin, progress notifications and pickup. I’ll be back as required by the reliability or fatigue of my truck.
She was the most helpful service agent I've dealt with at this dealership before.
Maggie, and all the staff in the service section were wonderful and highly professional. They assisted and helped us with the disaster that we encountered with a safety recall on the emissions of my vehicle, unfortunately, it caused a disaster. The dealership assisted and helped me with a courtesy car while my vehicle was having the service done. I appreciate everything they did for me. I have had a disaster with this vehicle from day one.
Excellent customer service from Maggie.

Yes!! I’m completely satisfied with this service
The Diagnosis of the problem was not accurate. I wanted them to check for a parasitic leak which was draining the battery when car was not used for several days. The main battery was six months old, so I suspected it was the auxiliary battery. The diagnosis came back that there was no parasitic leak was not the problem for the battery drain, but that both batteries were bad and needed to be replaced. Was shocked at the cost for both batteries. Bought just the aux battery from another at a much lower price, and that fixed the problem. The tech said that a dead auxiliary battery should not drain the main battery, but my investigation on line said that a bad aux battery will indeed be a parasitic drain. My guess is that they did not test each battery separately. Anyway a costly $279 lesson.
