definitive diagnosis for close to $200?? Then Toyota tries to
get me to commit to more labor cost to really look for the
issue. Toyota has slipped in service over the years. I’m

Whatever happened to senior technicians as onsite consultants?
I had a 10 o’clock appointment. I arrived on time. They had me pull up in lane one and no one came to check me in for 20 minutes after sitting for 20 minutes. I asked someone for help and it took another five minutes before anyone came to help me out/check me in. There seems to be a lot of young people walking around aimlessly that could’ve helped out if they had taken some initiative. The other times that I have been to the dealership for service were much better, but I now know that I need to take the initiative myself when I pull up.
