Curt did a good job taking care of me and was able to answer questions about the upcoming recalls that I was still waiting on. He also was able to provide better numbers than when I called in to make the initial appointment. I feel like I’ve had worst experiences when calling in to make appointments and trouble shoot than anything. Thank you Curt

My service advisor was absolutely top notch! However the Tech found a rodents nest in my cabin air filter to which I told him to remove and leave the cabin air filter out as I will replace it myself when I get home. Instead the tech placed the dirty cabin air filter back in along with the old rodents nest. The air filter jammed up in the cabin air filter box so aggressively, it was crushed and a lot of the nest fell into the blower motor.
