Terry is always so patient, knowledgeable and really listens to what my concerns and questions are about whatever service I have brought my car in for. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done, how long it will take and what it will cost. (Also thank Tim...I can't find his card but think last name Peterson(??) who checked the problem I came in without an appointment on Saturday, checked my car and told me it would be ok to drive the car over the weekend and made me an appointment with Terry. He was very reassuring and today when I was checking out even came in and asked if everything had turned out ok....he is at the first desk when you come into the check in area. You were really busy and I couldn't wait as I had another appointment.)

My roommate, who works in the auto service industry, brought my car in for an issue with my a/c compressor that was covered by an extended warranty. I decided to do a multipoint inspection on top of that, during which the technician (Andrew Nguyen) added on a handful of other due services--most notably an oil change. I had performed a full synthetic oil change 2 days prior to my car being brought into the shop. It is honestly kind of insulting to be recommended something that was completely unnecessary, and takes away the trust I have that anything else recommended was actually important. It's apparent to my roommate, a service advisor himself, that Andrew is attempting to recommend unneeded services on the multipoint inspection to try to earn more hours. I think Katie was great though, I have no complaints about her service.

I was disappointed with your new online service appointment because it did not allow me to choseKatie Ivey as my service advisor. However when I arrived for my scheduled appointment time and was approached by another advisor I requested Katie and she was able to help me. She is very professional and I trust her to take care of my vehicle.

Tim was extremely attentive and punctual on getting my vehicle serviced and also taking care of one of the sensor lights. He was adamant about getting it done that day and gave me a loaner for overnight so that I didn’t need to bring my car back. I was very happy with the service And accommodating of my needs
