Worse experience with a Customer Service Rep ever. No empathy when I was told my “oil change” was going to cost over $1800. This due to an unexpected issue with an air conditioner seal and line??? Not much detail provided. Was given a small Civic without any alternative offered. My elderly mother could not get in and out of the vehicle without help because the car sat so long. Told the repair would take a day because the part had to be couriered from another dealer. Received a call the next day to say it would be an additional because the technician who needed to work on the repair was out. When my vehicle was ready, I received a text. No call from the service representative who was also not there when I picked up the vehicle. Extremely disappointed in my experience.

I don't answer surveys. Inver Grove honda been The best company I've ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 CRV's and lease 1 from inver Grove Honda, that is proof of my satisfaction. I just hope you always remain a honest company to your customers.
