I felt the wait time for my oil change and tire rotation was especially long this time (nearly two hours). My technician was off duty by the time my vehicle was done, and the person who summoned me from the waiting room did not go over anything with me; just said I should call the off duty technician the next day to discuss a couple issues that were briefly outlined in my paper work. There were two “reg flags” on my inspection that weren’t at all mentioned so I don’t even know if they were addressed and resolved, are related to the items that need to be addressed during this recommended phone call, or need to be addressed on a future timeline (hopefully nothing urgent?). Overall was a disappointing experience.

I came here to get my car serviced Tuesday and on my way home I realized I had oil stains by my sun roof. I didn’t have time to go back because I had to go to work. It’s really unfortunate because I am leasing this car and it was my first time getting it serviced.

I was told that my car would be ready by 5:20, being my appointment was for 4:00, and I was there to drop it off at 3:50 for an oil change, tire rotation, and transmission fluid change. My car wasn’t ready until 5:45, and I didn’t leave until 5:50. Being I had to be there waiting, it was a bit frustrating.
