I couldn’t be happier with Derrin. He was very thorough and timely with communicating what the issue was with my car. He was more than fair and got me processed thru even though it was evident that he and the entire service team was very busy. Another reason why IGH is my first choice for servicing my Honda.

The new check-in system was not efficient. I was number 2 of 5 standing by my car for many minutes. When I tried to okay the text about additional work, it would not let me “submit” because I didn’t know to check some small boxes. When I finally got my car, it had not been washed. It was in front of many other vehicles and I did not feel like going through the inefficient “stand by your car and wait” process again. The waiting room was not very pleasant either- flowers were old/turning brown and you have to wait in line to ask for a snack. I had spent an hour online and wanted to watch some TV, but it had no volume. The person behind the service desk was neither sympathetic nor helpful. She said people push buttons and so the TVs don’t work. I have been driving to your service department for years, but after today I may go to a closer location. I miss the feeling of personal service I got when I could speak with someone rather than getting a text when I am only a few feet away and the waiting area was just okay.

Completely satisfied - no. The visit took way too long and the only updates I received were via text when things were off schedule. I did appreciate the significant discount but the bigger was the amount of time and type of updates I received. I did think Charlie when he was talking to me in person was professional and courteous. He seems like a good employee and hope this is used for learning and development and not any kind of punishment.
