Terrance Jones is superb. I always request that my Honda gets service with him. He is always friendly and helpful with every concern I have. Always caring and add to that has a wonderful sense of humor. A true asset to Inver Grove Honda. For many years I have felt this way. Please thank him. I really appreciate him and trust him.

Charlie was great but the person at the service desk was very unhelpful. When asked about good will policy or discount for my warranty period that was 10 days lapsed she responded with "I have no idea" and made no effort to help me figure out the policy. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle and pay, Charlie, my service representative, was out from their station so I assumed the service desk existed to help customers with these kinds of inquiries, or at least to connect them to someone who could help, but instead was given a dead end.
