Brady did an excellent job. He listened to my description of my brake problem, had the tech take a look at it (and take pictures) and explained what needed to be done. It was done in a reasonable amount of time and Brady also applied the internet coupon that was available. All in all, this experience is what I have come to expect from IG Honda and is the reason I keep coming here.

Marcos was so great - I came on the wrong day for my appointment and he made it all okay. He squeezed me in and did not make me feel bad for having the appt messed up. he was kind and he was so polite when I was on work calls and he needed to come give me updates. I really appreciated having Marcos as my rep today. Could have been a tough day with rescheduling and juggling meetings, but it was all easy thanks to him!
