Derrin is always courteous and helpful even though I came back for back job. I had an oil change a few days ago and my car was leaking oil all over my garage! I came back to have it checked and Derrin said that the filter was loose and not properly installed by the technician. I had another experience before where my engine coolant lid was left open and my car was dripping. I opened the hood and there was the culprit. I wish your technicians will thoroughly check everything as promised before handing off the vehicle. Anyway, Derrin is 5 out of 5 stars for customer service!
