Aaron always goes above and beyond to accommodate my family and me! We own 5 Lexus car total and anytime we have issues with ours car I would call Aaron and he would helps, I feel like family when I stop by there, the staff at the service department always willing to helps when Aaron not available.

When I take my vehicle to Toyota I deal with the same advisor from making the appointment through picking up my vehicle including payment. They are aways aware of status and any issues or concerns that they talk me through. I was good with everything up to the point of picking up my vehicle. No place to pull in to drop off loaner, a told stranger walked up to take the keys and ask for my name. I said I was looking for Trevor. She said he’s on the phone and I can wait for to talk to him or she can check me out and get me on my way. I didn’t have any issues with Trevor or this lady. I was not impressed and actually disappointed in the way the situation went once my vehicle was done. I left as a very unsatisfied customer when you consider that status and quality of Lexus versus the method used to deal with Lexus customers coming to pickup their vehicle. If you are looking for a grade for Trevor it would be a “A-” and the same for the lady that helped me checkout but a grade for the Lexus process “D” when you compare it to Toyota’s check out process. I did interact with the Shop Manager Chase and his grade was a “A+”.
