Never having been to your dealership, I was somewhat apprehensive as to whether I had approached from the correct entrance. I was immediately greeted by a kind young man who offered to bring my car into the service bay and to find my service representative for me. What a great first impression! The rest of the experience was equally warm and cordial. The work was performed expeditiously and Ali kept me apprised of the results of the inspection and anticipated wait time. Bravo to the entire team!

I'm not sure if this is normal but I made an appointment for 930 and got there on time. I was sitting a few mintues before all the people that came in for the same thing but I was the last to leave. I know this is a Lexus dealer but it is Baxter and that all that matter when you give someone 45k cash. But anyways I do enjoy the deal for the service but not waiting two hours. I feel like everyone with a Lexus got service faster. I was there first with an appointment.

Love the Lexus 350 premium plus model we own almost as much as the top notch service we received today and every day. I told my wife on the way home that I have never been disappointed by anything at Lexus! That’s the honest truth!

Aaron was quick to return our phone call, updated us on the service midday, and thoroughly explained what was done to the vehicle when we picked it up. Given the sensitivity of what my mother experienced when locked inside her vehicle this second time, Aaron was a professional and is committed to restoring her faith in Lexus.
