The scheduled oil change and related service was fine…BUT….supposedly the 750 cold crank battery I had in my Tundra only tested at 50 amps….so, a new battery was suggested to replace. I agreed to the replacement and specifically asked the service rep (Dean, I believe) who told me the replacement battery was “750 cold crank amps)…so the installation was made, I paid $390 and drove home to Woodward…I get home and just check my new battery and find that a TrueStart 575 cold crank was installed….battery # 00544-24F60-575 not the battery I was told. I have always taken my 2007 to Northcutt for service…I am a good loyal customer…I want to drive the pickup back to Northcutt next Saturday, 11/29/25 and have the correct 750 cold crank battery installed…and I don’t want to have to pay any more money for it….please call me Monday 11/24/25 and tell me if Northcutt is willing to do that for me.
