15 point inspection checklist was left blank. He said it was done but tech could not complete the form on Saturdays. I would like the inspection redone and form completed. Also, the tech spent 4 seconds on video. Dylan argued it probably was 20 seconds. It was 4.

I asked to have the low tire inflation warning light turned off but it wasn't. I'm thinking the sensor may be damaged cuz we had new tires put on. But nobody said anything about it.

My husband was the one who took my car for servicing and he did not have access to the text messages usually sent during the service. What I find surprising is that my husband who was there in person was not informed of the findings of the multi-inspection. Rather, the message was sent to my phone which I did not see on time. I really don’t know why my husband who was there physically with my car was not informed of the findings. Now, I have to find another time to come in again to have the the things that were found fixed. For the first time since coming to this Service center, I am displeased.
