The service didn’t take long and then when we had to go back because the blower motor was making noise they got us back in and fixed the issue quickly.

Nice warm waiting room and friendly people coming and going. I appreciated getting in a few minutes before my appointment time, too. Coffee and bottled water were offered as well. Thanks for the good service.

Dyln was fantastic to work with. He took extra steps to insure my warranty was in place by communicating with the dealership where I recently purchased my Lexus. He also spoke to me with respect and didn’t make me feel like a “silly woman” too many service departments talk down to women. Dyln was a breath of fresh air. I have bragged about him to everyone I’ve talked to. I will happily bring my car there for service in the future.
