The guy who checked in my car with short hair, hat, and a beard did not answer my request, I repeated it, still no response. I left feeling ignored. Then I was not texted or called that my car was ready for pick up, I called a few minutes after closing and was told I was out of luck as the service department was closed, so I couldn’t get my car until the next day.

I have no problem with the staff and the mechanic they were all very personable and polite. They were also very time efficient. The problem lies in the next mileage check. They got it wrong. I didn’t notice till I left the garage so I had to circle back and mention it to them. That was fine no problem, but after I left and happened to look at the sticker on my windshield, they have me coming back after 10,000 miles. I think that might be 5000 miles off. Other than that they were great.
