Is everything not available to view in your system? The staff did not know what types of warranties I have and my normal local dealer in NV wasn't open yet. I asked staff about an entry in the inspection report that said it wasn't done because it said "unsupported media". They didn't know what it was and claimed there was some recent update that still coming out. So either they don't know how to run their own programs or they're checking things off that aren't true. The man said, "I wouldn't worry about it " Excuse me? I am not a snooty person; this is the first new car I have ever bought and I got 10yr/100,000mil warranty. I'm sure you're aware how much that costs in the end. Don't be so unprofessional that you can't answer simple questions. I have to put up with ignorant, apathetic technicians for 100,000 miles? That's frustrating. Lastly, my oil change and 1,000 other things are covered but not an air filter? Really? I fought with a Toyota dealership after less than 10,000 and a flat tire (no puncture could be found so.it was defective and not my fault). Why should I have to push and pull for Toyota to do what I pay them to do? You're worse than an insurance company!

Service Department was excellent today. They helped me change my clock 5 minutes so I can arrive on time. My rear door needed to be changed and I appreciated them resetting the amount of opening. I came to have my oil changed and tires rotated.
