Dyln and Ty are always excellent to work with. Their knowledge and expertise about my Prius is really the reason I pay higher maintenance expenses at your dealership. It is true you get what you pay for and these two are worth every penny. They have excellent customer service skills as well as great technical knowledge. They are always without exception professional, highly communicative and a joy to work with. Also I love that you wash my car with every service. Another reason you continue to earn my business. Basically I have no idea who Dyln is so I s as m going on faith that he did what was checked on the report sheet. Since I did not observe this service, my evaluation is based on blind faith.

I asked them to check the rear brakes on the co-pilot's side, they told me that everything was fine and that there was no problem and today I almost had an accident because he lost a caliper bracket bolt and the other one was about to get lost
