My advisor, Kaylee Boller, was excellent, and I have almost no complaints about the experience overall, but my oil pan did have a bit of a mess on it still, and so did my oil filter. Just make sure to wipe off the excess oil when the lube. Techs are finished. Thanks!

I brought my vehicle in to have an oil change and a squeak looked at while it was there. I was told I needed rear brake pads and rotors. I spent almost $1000 there and when I picked it up this evening, it still had a squeak when I would apply the breaks as well as a grinding noise I hear. im wondering if the work was even done. I’m also irritated that my mirrors were messed with as well as the blind spot mirrors I have attached were definitely messed with and turned upside down. That may not seem like a big deal to you but when I get my vehicle back from your care I expect it to be the way I dropped it off.

It all starts with Chad. His group is a reflection of his professionalism, customer focus, and work ethic. I could travel to Maplewood Toyota or the dealer in Anoka or others. I been driving to Markquart because Lee and his staff created a bond of trust with the customer, with sales people like Jay on the front end and great service after the sale.Riley did a great job today and I look forward to working with him in the future.
