No!!!!

My appointment went smoothly and on time. The person who greeted me was friendly and efficient. The man who handled the paperwork was very friendly and gracious.

Riley was wonderful and had great customers service. since it was my first time she explained everything to me and answered all my questions.

Riley was very helpful and gave us information about the oil change program without being pushy but rather giving us time and information to review and think about before we actually purchased it. Very good rep.

The wait time was 1 hour and 45 minutes. The time I waited didn’t seem that long. I was told you were one technician short. I was OK with that. Your staff was very good care of me. The guy that brought my paperwork to me when my car was done made me feel special with his big smile. Thank you Marquart!????

It took several people to find the prescheduled appointment. When we came to pick up the vehicle, the seats were very wet and our pants were damp. The seats also had a noticeable residue on them like they were soaped and not rinsed properly. Not impressed with our entire experience!

My Tindra was in for a routine oil change and the service department noticed a shock was faulty. I scheduled an appointment to replace it. My truck was in the service department for over 3 hours. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they didn't have all of the parts. I was not contacted until I returned to get my truck. Although, I was told Riley had been trying to find the necessary parts in an effort to accomplish the repair. I scheduled a 2nd appointment 9nce assured all parts were in hand. Riley advised my truck repair would be finished in about 2 hours which would've been 11:30. I arrived at 11:45 and was told there was a "variable hold" on my truck and that the service team had been told they had until midafternoon to complete it. Chad, the Service Manager, expedited the service for me and it was finished by 12:30. Riley was very apologetic and felt we had a miscommunication regarding service completion and that is certainly possible. However, I traveled back and forth to Toyota Service twice where my Tundra spent 6 hours or more for a repair that I was told would take 45 minutes to 2 hours.

Randy was fantastic! Great service and appreciate the extra touch of walking me to my car. Aside from Randy, The last few times I have brought my car in I have confirmed that someone would run it through the car wash and it doesn’t happen.

With 2 recalls to be done I thought it would take about 4 hours. The recalls were finish in a couple of hours.
