I always have a good experience here but today was only a little disappointing. After my car was serviced and paid for, it took an extra 25-30 minutes just for my car to be pulled up to the front. Other than that, customer service is always great. I just didn’t understand what the hold up was bringing my car up to the door.

Erica and the whole team were exceptional. We had parts delay which no one could help but as soon as they arrived the whole team expedited completing the repair. Beaver Toyota is the best. If Toyota would build a 2500 HD I would be the first in line to buy one. ????
