Christina was confident and professional. The guy that drove my truck to the pick up area gave me a good explanation of how the recall worked and that my truck looked fine.
It was super fast and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised.

Generally speaking amazing job and love the technology that assesses your vehicle when you drive in. Understandably so due to fees but wasn’t a fan that I couldn’t use my credit card to get points after spending $1700+ on repairs.
Brooks does excellent job. Treats me as a friend.

Great customer service with the whole team
She texted the wrong number but it was fine. She said she looked for me and I was sitting on the couch the whole time. I didn’t see her once. I was there for 3 hours which is a little long for a service check up but you guys are amazing. Just have to do better with communication. Everyone I saw coming in was walked to the computer except for me. I was told to go inside and she would find me but she didn’t even look. Thank you.
It was a pleasure to have Grace check my car in.
She was very friendly and pleasant. She seemed happy to assist if I had any questions.

Always love coming to your dealership! Service team works well. You should teach Hyundai of ****. I tried all afternoon to get someone to call me for service of my 2016 Genesis which includes a recall!!! No return call. A nice text back and forth with a lady but no service call as promised. They didn’t answer the phone after minutes of ringing. Yikes! That you for your work. Beaver Toyota rocks!
