I made an appointment to have a recall taken care of. I was told at the time I made the appointment it would take 1 hour to complete the job. I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment. Juan told me it would be 2 hours plus because there were cars ahead of me. None of which had an appointment. It was first come first serve. I spoke to the service manager about the above issue. She said she would take care of it. She did. My car was finished on time.

The reason I brought my truck in for maintenance and told the problem was that the driver information center had dimmed out and there was no information to see. That wasn’t even on the repair order. But the tires were rotated and an interior filter changed.

I am very satisfied with my services. However I referred my son to Beaver Toyota, he bought his car from you but he has to comeback due to the lack of services 3 times in a week. Plus last time he left a medication in his car and he couldn’t find it any more.

Logan went above and beyond for me. For starters, he gave an accurate estimate of when the work would be completed. He asked for feedback on what I wanted done during the service. Most impressive ... He asked what time I needed to leave; I admittedly was late and was running late getting back to Atlanta.... When I told him I needed the work done ASAP to get home for school pickup, he personally hustled over to complete some small tasks to get me out the door quickly. 11/10. He's a good one.
