Shane gave good friendly service. I didn't continue service due to the price of the work that needed to be done it wasn't affordable for me and I was able to find it cheaper. However that didn't reflect the friendly service I did recieve from Shane. I was satisfied with the service.
I felt that our repair should have been done prior to service. This made it difficult for us as we owed additional money on the car even though the repair cost was very high due to an unexpected issue. I had asked them to perform the repair first as well.
Although Shane did work with us regarding the price of the service which I very much appreciated. He also stepped up to clarify the situation to the sales manager when she was not taking our word for what happened.

Review for Cardinaleway Hyundai Service Department
I had a terrible experience at this dealership with my Hyundai Ioniq 5 EV service. I took my car in for a recall software update on January 13, and immediately after the service, my car horn stopped working. I scheduled an appointment for January 15 to have it checked but couldn’t make it due to my schedule.
When I finally brought my car back last Thursday, the service tech told me that they would charge me $250 just to check if the issue was covered under warranty. I explained that the horn was working fine before the recall update and that the issue started immediately after the software update they performed. Despite this, they still charged me $250 just for diagnosing the issue, and in the end, they didn’t fix it.
To make matters worse, after taking my money for a diagnostic, they told me that my warranty won’t cover the repair and that I would need to pay over $700 out of pocket to fix the problem they caused!
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with this dealership’s service. Instead of taking responsibility for an issue that clearly resulted from their work, they charged me an unnecessary fee and then tried to overcharge me for the repair. This is unacceptable customer service, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone needing honest and reliable service. Avoid this place if you care about fair treatment and accountability.

Shane did a good job. He didn’t try to talk me into having more work done than I wanted; he was a good listener. He walked me to my car and checked to see that my next car maintenance was set up on my car. Nice people skills.
I wish that Mike Vance would have doubled checked the paint job by Corona Auto Body. There was still marks on the rear door handle (diver's side).
Engine light is back on. I have lost 2 days pay now having you come back again tiday.
