The experience was great from the beginning. However one slight suggestion. Make sure that individual who washes the cars looks out for any stains service tech may have left in the car. My door handle was convered in black residual. I can’t blame the service tech for doing his job, but adding this extra step to car wash guy’s list would make a difference.

Didn’t do what I asked and # 1 was I don’t want any more emails from you. I wasn’t even there. It was my sister who was there for an oil change and they left the air filter out on the dash board. When she went back to get that placed in they would not even reimburse her the gas spent and time in traffic she spent having to drive back to get that part put back on. And when it was put back on it was forced in instead of removing the part needed to be removed, the glove compartment door.

I showed up fifteen minutes before my appointment.My issues, my truck did not get satisfied.Nothing happened with him after five hours.Anything got done, like an oral change.And they video of them looking over my truck, it's been over two years now since I was promised.A dome ripe when I bought this thing.Apparently, nobody there knows how to tell the truth

I have to say both visits to cardinalway hyundai has been excellent. My service advisor was Michael Vance, and he did an outstanding job. He clearly explained everything assisted with the vehicle. When it was time to check out, he went over the paperwork very thoroughly. And then walked me to my car. I wish all dealerships had advisors. That were as thoughtful as michael was even though I own a kia annie and all service that can be done on the kia at the hyundai dealership, I will be returning due to the fact of the top notch service team can't say enough positive things about michael vance

I’m a first time Hyundai owner (as of 3 months), and I must say that I am very impressed with the overall Hyundai experience. I love my 2023 Kona SEL, and am so happy my daughter and son-in-law encouraged me to consider joining the Hyundai family; they are faithful Hyundai fans of several years, and regularly upgrade to new model years.
