Jr was AMAZING! Seriously - he was phenomenal with his communication and keeping us updated on every step of the process from when the new motor would arrive, to install, to when it was ready. My husband and I would take my car back anytime to Jr. He was extremely kind, accommodating, and made sure we were well taken care of with the rental car, and my car once it was serviced. I have taken my car in for service for about 3-4 times and every time I get it back with the steering wheel and door handles dirty because of the technicians hands. The cars interior is white and you guys always return it dirty. This time the hood was left with the hand print of oil when they closed the hood. The windows were left dirty as if they just threw water and used a used dirty rag. I understand the car wash was complimentary but next time just skip it if they’re going to do a half assed job. My car windshield was left dirtier with dry water streaks. I have always done these surveys and told the attendant about the greasy hand prints in my door panel and steering wheel. That would make the service 100% better. Please relay the message.

Service advisor should only advise on what the car needs and not a lecture to a client. Don’t question your customer but instead give them positive pointers if you’re a so called expert when it comes to cars. Good luck with your future clients
