Michael Vance and technician were both very polite and courteous, but I left disappointed and confused. When I ordered tonneau cover I told parts guy I had a roll up cover and did not like the roll up version due to the ballooning. I saw one on your website that was not a roll up one, and that’s what I thought I ordered. Once installed I saw the roll up cover and was confused. Technician drove with me and was able to minimize some of the ballooning
