Michael was personable, easing my anxiety towards getting my car inspected with his knowledge and friendly demeanor. He explained every aspect of service in a way that was easy to understand without being demeaning. When another customer unknowingly interrupted his attempt to go over an issue with my car, he resolved their need while also politely requesting my patience. The other gentlemen at the front counter were equally as personable. They all appeared to have good rapport with one another, working as a team, helping one another when needed.
