Jr. Was great. The problem with my car has not been solved.
I was first in line early am and JR was there to help me immediately with a friendly smile, knowledgeable about the process, accurate on timing. He made my experience great eve n having to wait for the work to be completed on my car. I will ask for Jr personally when I come to get any service.
Hayden always does a good job. He has helped me in the past too, and has always been courteous and pleasant. Michael checked me in yesterday, and he too is an asset to your team. Michael takes it to a personal level too, in the sense that he remembers past conversations and issues my car has had in the past.
It took 45 minutes longer than expected and it seem to be slow I also ask to have a tire checked for damage because it keeps losing air don’t believe they checked because I still have the same problem just in a new place the tires got rotated.
Thanks for all the employees at the service department, they were very helpful and very professional.
