1. Details of my job were not documented in system and paperwork couldn’t be found by Jr. Finally another maintenance manager, Michael, intervened and got the job started.
2. Loaner vehicle given to me had a range of only 45 miles. Low gas warning light came on halfway home. I had to stop on way home to add a few gallons of gasoline.
3. I was warned in the morning the job may take 24 hours. However, the maintenance manager, Jr, was off the next day and didn’t tell me nor hand off my assignment to anyone else. When I called the next day for a status update I was put on hold until Ricardo answered the phone. I explained the situation and he placed me on hold for 10-15 minutes without returning. Eventually Michael picked up the phone and told me to come down while he got everything ready.
4. In summary, my job was completed satisfactorily, but some improvements could be made to make sure future customers have a more positive experience.
