Very impressed with car wash and cleaning of interior. Wait was 2.5 hours, not the 1.5-2 hours quoted. No sticker put on windshield regarding service and next one.

I was told I’d be out of there within 2 hrs and didn’t get any sort of update until I asked and wasn’t checked out until 4 hrs later, looking back at my original paper he checked no appointment but I had an appt for 915am.

Honestly, the experience was definitely less than ideal. I booked an early appointment the earliest that was available to get my oil changed and I figured it would be enough time to show up early and get out early to get back to work, but unfortunately, even though there was only one customer in front of me, it proceeded to take 2 1/2 hours and only one update that I was truly given was around the 1 1/2 our Mark and I was told that it just needed to go into the car wash which I thought was a nice gesture, but I didn’t opt for it. I wasn’t asked about it and I thought that was them just being nice for taking so long and then it proceed to take another hour and the representative that initially helped me was basically gone the entire time I would just see him in passing and he wouldn’t make eye contact in the one time he did is when he told me about the car wash, but after that, I asked another employee why it possibly took so long and she mentioned it could’ve been the car wash, but still to me that’s crazy to think a simple oil change first thing in the morning could take 2 1/2 hours and I’m not even be talked to throughout the process. And on top of that, it wasn’t until I asked for yet another update that I realized my keys have been up there for some time, i’m not sure how long but the fact that it took me to realize that my car was done and no employee I thought was the icing on the cake. I didn’t wanna be rude or make a fuss of it so I patiently waited, but I honestly didn’t think I could’ve waited for that long and I definitely won’t wait for that long moving forward before I address the situation.

The staffer that helped me gave me a discount which made me satisfied but I will go elsewhere for service from now on since you doubled the price of an oil change.

Cardinal Way in Corona is a long ways from where I live in Apple valley but I choose to drive that distance because the service professionalism and dealership is truly a 10+5 star in my book Michael Vance my service writer was a true joy to work with he resolved one of my problems within five minutes of me getting at the dealership where the dealership by my home wouldn’t even look at unless they charge me $129 that he corrected Just by flipping a switch so I can’t say enough about Cardinal Way michael Vance is my service writer and I will drive the distance because of the quality of service and professionalism and respect that he gives to his clientele.
