Mike is always so nice and welcoming! He even knows my boyfriend cam and my name even if it’s over the phone. We only come back to this location because he’s honest and trustworthy. Instead of going to the Ontario location, which is closer, we come back here because we know we can count on his customer service skills.

Dropped off my Kona to be serviced. My vehicle was done but did not get a call or text that my it was ready. I had to call to find out if my vehicle was ready instead of getting a call letting me know it was done. Need to work on communication with customers when vehicle is ready instead of customers having to call. Otherwise, service was fine.
I bought my Kona in Ontario but will take it to Michael every time.
Jr is an awesome customer service representative. He explains everything very well. He's very patient, kind and professional. He is an asset to your organization. Hopefully he will be a manager one day because he possesses the qualities of the manager.
