Mike Vance is very attentive and knowledgeable with assisting in every way. I appreciate the follow-up calls and messages he provides to ensure I know what is going on with my vehicle. He has also went above and beyond by showing me a newer vehicle I am interested in. Since I have a working relationship with him, he made it easy and comfortable without feeling pushed to buy.

Jr was fantastic, he was cool, calm and collected the whole time and was very helpful at each stage of the process. A much better experience than my first experience with the service department about six months ago.

Service was subpar. Technician stated on my invoice I needed to replace my cabin air filter and engine filter immediately. Those were both replaced 6 weeks prior and when I spoke to Junior about it and showed him the invoice in which I had them replaced 6 weeks prior he wasn’t interested in finding out why the technician lied and said they needed to be replaced. This dealership has so many negative reviews by the people of Corona. You are falsely identifying issues with vehicles to make more money and selling unnecessary repairs and parts. When it is brought to your attention, no one wants to discuss it. This place is dishonest and this was my first and last time doing business with you. Your employees are very unprofessional also.
