Michael did an excellent job of keeping me informed throughout my appointment. He made sure that I knew what was happening with my car and when it would be completed. He was very friendly and professional. The service department did an excellent job.

One thing I did not like was the long wait for service. I waited about three hours for oil change even though I had an appointment.
I made an 9AM appointment to have the factory recall done. I arrived 8:45AM. It took one hour and 45 min to complete the work. I think that was too long for a fuzz replacement per the paperwork.
Mike always takes great care of me and make sure that my car gets the best service! He is honest and make sure that I understand how long it'll take. Very responsive and listens well!

As this was my first experience with your Service Department, I was disappointed.
The heater still doesn’t work. I don’t know how they recover 100kg (220lbs) of Freon. The notes on the paperwork they gave for the repair has so many errors.
Service is excellent. I was kept updated the while time i was in the dealership.
