Mike Vance has been my service advisor for the past 4 or 5 years. He has always taken the best care of me as a customer and my car! He goes above and beyond to make sure that all my concerns are handled in a timely manner. He is the best!
I received a phone call from Michael Vance about my car needed an oil change. I don’t drive my car that much, but it was overdue. I was asked when I could bring it in? I asked if I could bring it in today? Yes & I was asked when would I like? At noon? They had a availability then so I drove right down and my car was done so quickly while I was across the street getting a hamburger at In N Out. My car was already done & getting a wash they texted. My key fob quit working. Michael suggested if I had both to change the battery in both of them. I did have both, and that was done. My car was service quickly and I’m a very happy satisfied customer.
The place was going through construction for an update remodel the last time I was in. The dealership is so classy looking. All the employees are friendly & greeting me as I walk back to dealership from getting a bite to eat while my car was done.
I promise I won’t wait so long even if I haven’t put as many miles on it.

Jessica was awesome and I loved you told me about my car needing things. Now the tech that put my car back together didn’t seem to care about my car that much. He put the engine air filter in upside down. Didn’t lock it into place or checked that it fit. If I’m going to pay for dealership services they better be the best.

Daniel, Mike, Jessica and the associate with the blonde hair and pretty nails (apologies! I didn’t ask for her name) were very kind. Even more kind to my toddler which makes me appreciate Hyundai even more. I have a genesis gv70 as well and even though they commercialize their cars as luxury I feel like their customer service is subpar. So thank you Corona Hyundai!

I have worked with Michael Vance several times for vehicle maintenance. He kept me aware of the status of my vehicle and did not appear to be bothered by questions. When I expressed my appreciation for the work he does and suggested buying his lunch, he smiled and told me that it wasn’t necessary and that he was doing his job.

Daniel explained the issue very well. The issue was resolved. The service was excellent. But the car needs to be brought after a certain mileage to check if there is any major cause.
