I’m VERY happy with DANIEL who was professional & stuck to the schedule. However, when I was about to leave, I saw a big puddle of fluid under the front of my car. He called the mechanics out to address it. They didn’t put the plug in right (or not at all?) & the transmission fluid was pouring out so they took it back quickly to fix it. It could have been a major issue if not caught. When test driving, fluid must have spread on the under carriage & my car smells bad (almost like cat pee).

I made an appointment for a brake light out. Hayden said there were no recalls, not due for any service. I receive a call later that I’m being recommended for 15000 mile service 2 air filters and the brake light which would cost just under $900. My car is just under 15k miles but oil change was already done and no other maintenance was due. He told me that the brake light would cost $85 which should’ve been covered under warranty. I requested the brake light fixed and filters replace but declined 15k mile . I would like to not think that someone was taking advantage of me being a woman . I was extremely distressed by this interaction and had to ask for help to process what happened. How did I go from a service request which should be covered by warranty to recommendations which would cost almost $900? Service manager Mike has always been there for us servicing our cars in the past. With my family’s help we spoke with Mike and he took care of us. He was very kind to me as I was crying and worried about the situation.
It took 4 hours to do my service and I had to constantly follow up.
Michael Vance is the absolute best....
