It was my first time at CardinaleWay Hyundai for a service and they were great. Jose was super friendly. The service was really quick (1 hour). He also offered a car wash and checked up on the status of my vehicle. I’d recommend and I’d definitely coming back next time for car care.

Called last week to see if Hyundai cocould service my recall, I was told didn't have part for ABS recall that next week they will be in. Called today to see if the part was in and the lady stated yes so made appt, took my and sat there for about 45 min to hour to find out you don't have the part and I have bring my car back later. Service department should be pulling up the persons vehicle and confirming if you have the part to complete the service.

Only issue was due to a hiccup with my extended warrantee that I purchased on 9/30 was not processed properly. Daniel and staff worked diligently for my car repair to be done without me having to come back. Caused me to have to wait about 7 hours. But they were able to get my csr done.
It was an emergency situation and Hayden was able to take care of my problem. I was visiting from San Dirgo and it would have been terribly inconvenient if I could not get car fixed. Hayden was very professional and went out of his way to get problem diagnosed and fortunately fixed so I could get back home.
