Service advisor was less than attentive. Was there for almost 2.5 hours and never came to give any updates and when he finally did come over he had mistaken me for another customer. He also let me sit 10-15 min in the waiting room after the service techs had parked my car and brought the key in
Michael gives me a sense of being a valued customer in spite of my deafness. That alone makes it worth my time to come to your dealership
