Michael immediately helped me when I came in with a car problem and he explained to me what was going to happen. When I asked him how long the process was going to take he gave me a time and my car was finished within that time he gave me. Very helpful.

Jason was very helpful with our repair, and made sure it was resolved quickly. It is a shame that we had to bring it in not even two weeks after buying it, but he helped to make that better. However, he is the 3rd person I have involved in our missing all weather floor mats after our initial detail with buying the car, because our sales rep has completely ignored us. I also got Chris, the sales manager involved, because it is absolutely ridiculous to not put those back in when we clearly saw them when test driving the car. Jason offered to look for them, but the sales manager tjat dealt with us turning in our loaner knew nothing about this. This entire experience has been sub-par, and disappointing. Hopefully we can get it resolved soon.

The sales was made under pressure and information was not truthfully disclosed. I know I could say NO but I cannot disappoint my daughter. Before I received the docs in email the car is en route to my daughter already. Never again

Michael was wonderful. He kept me updated during my service and I appreciated all his help. I will recommend him to others who may need to have their Hyundai’s serviced. I come to your dealership from Jurupa Valley for service on my car even though Ontario Hyundai is considerably closer to my home. Your service advisors are friendly and your waiting area is very comfortable.
