Jason was very helpful with our repair, and made sure it was resolved quickly. It is a shame that we had to bring it in not even two weeks after buying it, but he helped to make that better.
However, he is the 3rd person I have involved in our missing all weather floor mats after our initial detail with buying the car, because our sales rep has completely ignored us. I also got Chris, the sales manager involved, because it is absolutely ridiculous to not put those back in when we clearly saw them when test driving the car. Jason offered to look for them, but the sales manager tjat dealt with us turning in our loaner knew nothing about this.
This entire experience has been sub-par, and disappointing. Hopefully we can get it resolved soon.
