Very pleased with the service department. As the technician worked on the car I was sent an update on the concerns discovered by the technician by text . That empowered me to discuss with the advisor as to what absolutely needed attention and what could wait . This allowed me to control what I could handle financially at the moment and know that I Was leaving with a car that was safe and cared for by knowledgeable technicians.

No, I did not get my vehicle service at all after waiting 2 1/2 hours. I was told that it would be another 30 minutes and I said no give me my car so Toyota did not service my car .

This isn't my first experience with terrible service at Toyota of gadtonia. Yesterday I arrived for my appointment. I made appointment online specifically stating what services I needed. An oil change and an in cabin air filter change. I get there and per usual they act like they don't know why I'm there so again i state what I need. 1.5 hours later I'm called to checkout and they only did my oil change. Checkout guy is clueless and knows nothing about my filter change and asked me twice if I told my technician! YES!! I DID, TWICE AND SCHEDULED IT ONLINE. He said ok we can get it done now. No, I've already been here 1.5 hours for an oil change. In what universe does it take that long to do an oil change. I'm so over the terrible service from Toyota of gastonia. Like I said, not my first bad experience. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
