This isn't my first experience with terrible service at Toyota of gadtonia. Yesterday I arrived for my appointment. I made appointment online specifically stating what services I needed. An oil change and an in cabin air filter change. I get there and per usual they act like they don't know why I'm there so again i state what I need. 1.5 hours later I'm called to checkout and they only did my oil change. Checkout guy is clueless and knows nothing about my filter change and asked me twice if I told my technician! YES!! I DID, TWICE AND SCHEDULED IT ONLINE. He said ok we can get it done now. No, I've already been here 1.5 hours for an oil change. In what universe does it take that long to do an oil change. I'm so over the terrible service from Toyota of gastonia. Like I said, not my first bad experience. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
Service Advisor Devon Griffin was friendly and expeditious in addressing my vehicle’s service issue, even though it was a non-appointment, drive-in matter. Transaction was satisfactory in all respects.
