Very satisfied with the service there at Toyota of Gastonia NC.
Montreko is amazing and a great asset to Toyota. He’s the reason I continue to come to your dealership. Very helpful and knowledgeable and always providing great customer service.
Remote start worked fine before service visit. After a service visit, remote star is no longer working. I would like forward to return to the original state in working order.
Other than that john's help was great.
My Name is Joyce and my back tire still has a wobble in it.
I was hesitant to continue with my vehicles service due to the 2 hour wait time and business travel I was pressed with later that day, however Eddie told me he would do what he could to get me in and out asap. I appreciate the expedient quality service and understanding from the whole Group at Gastonia Toyota.

I dropped my car off with no issues. I then sat and waited for over an hour when I was one of the only people in the lobby. When I walked to the service desk, they said my car had been ready. I asked why I was not notified, they advised me a text message had been sent. I never received one. The next had been sent to my fiance instead of me when he is nowhere on my account. I told the customer service agent and he said he would fix it back to my number. I had to get the link for this survey from my fiance because he is still the primary phone number and email. My time was wasted and I missed an appointment. My name was never called over the PA system and the agent that checked me in walked past me twice and never said my car was done. My fiance did take my car in for a battery issue last week, but his information should not override mine when the car is in my name.
Mr. Gaddy is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful!
John and everyone always do a fantastic job
Accommodating all of my needs
John went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of. He also showed a few features on my truck I was not aware of. He did an excellent job and I will ask for him again.

Every time I have been to the dealership for service it takes hours and it should not take so long.
In and out in less than an hour
Very satisfied thank you ????
The service to my vehicle was great. However, what was not great is being insulted as I walked into the wait area. While I'm sure the man's intentions were not to insult me, nonetheless, he did. As my son and I were walking in to the building a tall, African-American man opened the door for us very nicely. However, he then proceeded to ask loudly, "is it a girl?". I was confused and then realized he thought I was pregnant. I am NOT. I said "no". Then he proceeded to ask loudly once more, "is it a boy?". I said no and walked away, obviously frustrated. He seemed to be confused, everyone in the lobby was looking at me and some laughed. I don't see men being questioned or humiliated because of their body shape. Why must women? I already struggle with my appearance on a daily basis. I certainly don't need workers of the dealership humiliating me in front of the dozens of people there. So if your goal is NOT to make customers feel uncomfortable, insulted and humiliated when they walk into your building, I suggest you train them in sensitivity and keeping their comments to themselves when it comes to women's bodies.
Awesome experience, Kevin went above and beyond. Thank you
