Not the fault of the technician but Unfortunately the work for the recall could not be completed and I was told
I would have to comeback on a weekday. This is after I waited about an hour. In addition I have been trying to get this taken care of since about August. One visit it could not be completed due to a tool needing to be ordered. Which I was told I would be called when available, which I was never called. I inquired on another visit and was told only one person had the expertise to complete and he worked on certain days. Now on the day I scheduled to have it done it could not be completed and I have to comeback yet again????

Danielle was really nice! This was my first oil change with my new vehicle so I was a little confused on where to go and no worker seemed to offer any help after seeing me walk around which was really disappointing. Maybe add more signs or information for new customers.

After having an unexpected tire issue I was offered exceptional support and customer service. I was in Rock Hill when issue occurred and the dealership there was not able to assist due to “no open appointments” and they displayed no concern for my situation. I called Toyota of Gastonia and was told “no problem- bring it in”. From the time I arrived I received amazing service. The service department is excellent.

Not completely satisfied with the communication regarding the oil type used during oil change. Was told that there is no difference between 0W-20 and 0W-20 5C but after a little research I am still not 100% certain that is the case. Hoping it does not impact my vehicle but disappointed with the lack of transparency between the oil being used vs the quote price for GR Supra oil changes. Obviously glad it ended up being 50% cheaper but not very confident about not following the recommended type listed in the manual.
