I had a appointment for 12:00 arrived a little early @ 11:32 @ 12:50 I had to go and find out where my car was apparently it had been setting there waiting on someone to send the text about any issues that had Been found during a tire rotation and multi point inspection all I was told was that I would have to see Eddie no one else could help when I showed them on my phone hat no report was sent the answer was we have not seen that today Really need to improve your customer care service
